Who we are
Kempton Solutions is a division of SK Apparel, based at 18 Elder Court, Lions Drive, Shadsworth Business Park, Blackburn, BB1 2EQ. We decide how the information you give us through this website is used. Contact us about privacy at shaheed@kemptonsolutions.com or on 01254 957 941.
Information we collect
- Enquiries: your name, contact number, agency name, industry, monthly recruitment numbers, current setup, your requirements and when you'd like to start.
- Calls: the details you give us when you phone us.
- Website use: if you accept cookies, how you use the site and whether you came from one of our Google adverts, including a click ID.
- Clients: business contact and account details needed to provide our service.
How we use it and why
- To answer your enquiry and discuss our service: because it's in our legitimate interests, or because you've asked us to take steps before a contract.
- To provide our service to clients: because it's needed for our contract.
- To measure our website and adverts: only if you accept cookies. You can change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of each page.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties: because the law requires it.
Candidates of our client agencies
When an agency asks us to send a uniform or ID card, we receive the candidate's name, address, sizes and photo. We use these only to make and deliver the order, on the agency's instructions. The agency is responsible for that information, so candidates should contact their agency first about how it's used.
Who we share it with
- Website, form and email providers, including Netlify and Microsoft
- Google, for analytics and advertising measurement if you accept cookies
- Couriers, to deliver client orders
- Professional advisers and authorities, where needed
We don't sell your information. Some providers process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that don't become clients for up to 24 months. We keep client records for as long as we work together and then for up to 6 years for legal and accounting reasons. We keep candidate order details for as long as the client agreement requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy to pass to someone else. These rights depend on the circumstances. Use the contact details above to make a request.
If you're unhappy, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
